Yes - every piece is dishwasher and microwave safe. HOWEVER in order to protect and preserve the colours of the glazes it is recommenced to limit time in microwave and only hand wash.

Whilst we do all we can to ensure your items are packaged carefully, we understand that accidents can happen during the shipping process. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or broken, please promptly email artbybori@gmail.com. It is important you include clear pictures showing the breakages as well as the condition of the packaging it was sent in.

Please keep in mind that all items are handcrafted and limited so be mindful when purchasing to avoid any inconvenience, but I do accept returns and refunds up to 14 days after receiving your order. For further informations regarding returns and refunds please contact us.

A lot of time and care goes into packing each piece. Every item is protectively wrapped in padded sustainable packaging and packed tightly into a box.
